Recruitment process -The Most Important Function of Hr

One of the most significant functions carried out by the HR managers is the selection process. If the worthy person is selected then the company will accomplish something. They will put in their knowledge and expertise in the expansion of the company. If the right person is selected they will work hard to realize their targets and will proactively search for the knowledge and skills that they need. On the other hand, the undeserving person will always be erroneous.

Most managers have restricted experience in the  recruitment process system. They are busy with their work, meetings and other necessary work for the company. In such a case they will just select the 2 or 3 candidates. In such a case it is the Hr managers who will be a blessing in disguise for the managers. Being experienced in this field they will select and short list the most deserving candidate.

Many of the unbeaten businesses and companies apply many techniques and methods to select the best candidate. It is important because it brings out the psychological aptitude of the candidate and it can be easily understood whether that candidate will be a liability or an asset for the company.

So let the work of recruitment be handled by the HR managers who are well versed with the aspects!!
